3.Approval Review of minutes of April 7, 2025 regular Board of Selectmen meeting.
4. Board discussion with Rodney Young, Chief, Waldo Fire Department, regarding
organizational approach for the Department and other Department concerns.
5. Board discussion with Kitty Stevens regarding mowing/ground maintenance services for
Town cemeteries, Town Hall, and Fire Station properties for 2025 season.
6. Board review of garbage/recycling contract with Pinkerton & Sons and status of collections
on gravel roads. Discussion of issuing an Invitation to Bid for these services.
7. Recommitment of Tax Collections associated with change from Sandra Smith to Diane
Tyler as Tax Collector.
8. Update on status of sale of tax foreclosed property.
9. Signing of weekly warrant.
10. Board review and identification of pending tasks for Selectmen to perform, and agendas for
future Selectmen meetings.
11. Other business.
12. Open to general comment from the public.
13. Selectmen consideration of entering an Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. Title 1,
§405 to discuss a personnel issue. No action is anticipated following the Executive Session.
